Steps tangram puzzle

Two square blocks, one set down and to the right of the other, like a pair of steps or two buildings on a slope. Every side is straight and every corner is a right angle. It is rated hard because each block is as blank as a small square puzzle of its own. About three fifths of the pieces' edges are hidden, and nothing in the outline says which pieces fill which block.

Drag the seven tangram pieces onto the shadow until the steps is filled. Every shape here uses all seven, with no overlaps and nothing hanging over the edge. The pieces have exactly the silhouette's area, so covering the shadow is the whole win condition.
