What happens to it
The message is emailed to help@tangramfun.com and nothing else: it is not stored here, it is not added to a list, and your address is only ever used to reply to you. You can write to that address directly instead; the form is only a convenience.
A note before you do: a streak or a time that has gone missing is nearly always an account that this browser is not signed in to. Your account page says which one it is, and progress kept in a browser stays in that browser until you sign in.
